So as soon as I decided to start catching up on the blog Bryant decided he was done studying. So I have had to postpone catching up :) Everyone is napping and the internet is working so here I go again :) Tucker is now three-years-old. I can no longer claim the phrase "I have three children under three" :). I tried to use it every chance I got over the month and a half that I had three under three. Now it is three, three and under, which is still impressive to most people.
Tucker is growing up so fast! He is a great big brother and willing to share most things with Hunter. It is getting harder as Hunter gets more opinionated about what he plays with but he is doing great nonetheless.
Tucker was so exicited to get presents. Tucker gave one of his presents to Hunter to open. I don't think he quite understood that they were all for him to open, either that or he is just so nice and willing to share. Either way, Hunter was excited to have a present to open.
Tucker got a train set which he was so excited for. His friend Rex next door has lots of Thomas trains and tracks and are Tucker's favorite thing to play with. He is really sad when he can't go over there and play with Rex's trains so he was super excited to get his very own train set!
Unlike my brother Isaac and his forever captured disappointment with a wooden trianset, Tucker was estatic! We tried to get him to frown for a picture but he just couldn't do it :) It makes me so happy.
Here is Tucker playing with his train set. He even knows what it means to chuff!
Tucker really wanted a whoopie pie for his birthday. He saw it in a magazine and decided that is what he wanted. So I made it really easy. I made a cake, baked it in two circle pans and stacked them on top of each other with frosting in the middle. He really wanted it to be red and I forgot to put the red food coloring in it before pouring it in the pans. I wasn't going to worry too much about it until a neighbor came over and Tucker told her all about how he was going to get a red cake! So I swirled it into the batter that was already in the pans. Thank goodness he is easy enough to please!
